GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two brands in 2018 and exited them at the end of 2021. We use our proven system to help Amazon FBA Sellers increase their profits and revenues.
Our service delivery model is called Done With You, not the normal Done For You model.
In other words, we do not manage our clients' accounts; instead, we analyze their current brand situation, set the strategy, and teach them how to execute it using all our internal resources.

Compensation: we have a performance mechanism where the expected annual earnings of our consultants are 140 - 180k, with the option for more (no cap).

We are looking to add new consultants who understand the intricacies of the Amazon FBA game, enjoy strategizing growth plans for Amazon brands, are hardworking, love and know how to tackle complex challenges, have strong attention to detail, and are technologically savvy.
Position Overview:
- Strong Amazon PPC experience: understanding how Amazon PPC is connected to the big picture of the brand, along with detailed knowledge of the tactics and technical aspects of Amazon PPC. Previous experience managing a minimum of 6 figure monthly budget on Amazon PPC is required.
- Increasing Organic Ranking: complete understanding of launching and ranking products in the Amazon ecosystem; knowledge of the Amazon algorithm and how to proactively analyze and push products to the top of the page on Amazon
- Brand Management: previous experience managing an 8-figure portfolio of Private Label brands on Amazon.
- Logistics and back-end: understanding of all things related to COGs, Logistics, Amazon fees, Inventory management and movement, and how everything impacts the bottom line of Amazon brands.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact of the company in front of your clients.
- Lead weekly calls with clients, focusing on the main projects and driving progress.
- Help clients solve challenges related to the program's projects or general Amazon challenges.
- Keep the client on track for success: Track progression and regularly clarify the client's next steps.
- Provide ongoing daily support through Slack and Email to the clients.
- Learn our Amazon business consulting system and program.
- Contribute to process and Amazon framework improvements.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Full-Time Position
- Remote with reliable internet
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon FBA.
- Proven experience managing Amazon brands, with a minimum of $10,000,000 yearly revenue
- Proven experience managing a minimum 600k annual budget in Amazon PPC
- Expert-level knowledge and full ability to navigate Amazon Seller Central.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client success.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to constantly prepare, plan, and update the next steps of the client’s projects to give them better clarity.
